Copies of the Local Plan documents can also be viewed at the Parish Office
Of particular interest is the updated list of proposed new houses for each village location including Navenby. This can be viewed at Proposed Allocation. The plan shows Navenby with a total of 203 additional houses over the 20 year plan period from 2011. This includes 125 at Top Farm instead of the 160 previously applied for by the developer and the 42 at Winton Road and 36 at High Dyke which are already approved.

Good News for Mrs Smith's Cottage!
The Heritage Lottery Fund has approved funding to repair and restore the Cottage museum. £187,000 will be released this year to remove the roof and assess the full extent of repairs needed and to establish the complete project of renovation. A further £407,000 will be applied for in 2017 to complete the work. The project commitment goes well beyond the cost of the roof alone and will allow the cottage, the displays and the marketing programme to be completely renewed.
See Mrs Smith's Cottage for further updates.
